RoadTrek Transmission cooler

Hi, Can anyone verify if a 2001 RoadTrek 200 Popular has a built in transmission cooler? It has a 5.7L/350 cu in V8. I am considering towing a small horse trailer with a total weight of 4200 lbs. Thanks, Gene

Have you checked the GWCR for your Roadtrek? Transmission cooler or not, it seems to me like a heavy load to tow. Especially if you are going to be travelling on any slopes.

Yes. It has a transmission oil cooler ( and warmer) built into the radiator just like most cars and light trucks. An auxiliary cooler is always a good idea when towing.
You must have a one ton Chevy van. It should be stickered to tow 5000 lb. Easy internet search.
