ROCKWOOD ULTRA LITE WITH CHAMPAGNE EXTERIOR

I live in Florida and I am looking at a Rockwood Ultra Lite with Champagne exterior. Does anyone have any experience with this color in a hot sunny climate? They do offer white as an option but, none of my local dealers shock it.

I have no personal experience with the darker colors, but I have read that the deeply colored or darkly colored exteriors tend to oxidize more quickly.

I live in south Alabama and we both know that the light colors will be easier to cool on the summer.

How dark is  "Champagne" ?  Are we talking off white?

All that said...I always find the all white RV's kind of ugly........But they have a nice personality ;D

Like cars, the lighter the color, the less heat absorbed into the interior.  While white is the ideal - and not particularly attractive - the closer to white the better.  REMEMBER it already has a white roof.

Here is what it looks like. It's not very dark and I can get a much better deal on this one then ordering a white one.

I like the colors...But as we both know those darker color are going to hold the heat. But I wouldn't let it stop me (Our TT has a similar pattern and colors).

It's got some deep brown trim, but the bulk of the TT is a light color. I doubt it's color will make much of a difference. Frankly, it looks better than my bright white TT.

It has a fantastic personality whenever I'm in it and even more personality when my dog is in or near it!!!  ;D
