Rt 60 NM to Show Low.

Very Likely see snow around Pie Town. NM is not good at keeping roads cleared, state road reports will be your friend. BTW - NM uses a red ash combo on the roads that's terrible to get off vehicles.
 
NM in the winter you can usually count on getting through on 60 but in AZ I've seen it change from sunny/clear to ain't no way in hell in the span of 24 hours. You pretty much can't call it until you're on your way and pick your route for the day.

Pie Town is less than an hour from the AZ boarder and the first town in AZ is Eagar then Show Low. You may want to look at 60 from Show Low to Globe, doable but not a great road.
