I see in photos of other used Simplicitys that sun-fading is fairly common. Also, Roadtrek uses different color panels with different paint schemes.
Can't tell by the photo, but if the vinyl panel is discolored for whatever reason, the choices are limited.
Option #1: Ignore it
Option #2: Have it painted.

The hard plastic panels used on many vehicles will whiten considerably with age and sunlight. Face it, a 2017 model will have some weathering and won't be perfect. Possibly the vehicle was parked so that corner was exposed to sunlight more than elsewhere. I cleaned all of the black plastic on my RAM truck and then coated them with CERAKOTE® Ceramic Trim Coat Kit - Quick Plastic Trim Restorer - Ceramic Coating Black Trim Restoration to Last Over 200 Washes – A Ceramic Coating, Not a Dressing That was almost exactly three years ago (granted the truck is stored indoors and only has been driven/exposed to weather/washed/etc for 19,000 miles since then)
Pictures do not do it justice. It appears in the pics to have white areas but in real life, its all nice and shiny black. There are areas I may have recoated to get rid of thin areas in the coating, after I took the pics. The coating is clear. I learned of it from the Youtuber Project Farm and his through testing of products. The top vid is the oldest and the one I watched to determine what to buy. The next two are newer and may prove useful in deciding what to use.
