RV Financing vs Montana LLC residence?

Talked casually with a dealer today and mentioned that once DW is retired I'd planned on going the LLC route to avoid excessive NY taxes. He mentioned that he'd had several buyers that financeing had fell through once financial inst. found out that they were setup as LLC's. Has anyone else had an issue with financing while being setup as an LLC?  I'm looking to maybe finance thru ESSEX which is now owned by COSTCO.

I've seen several references to difficulties in obtaining financing and insurance if the RV is owned by an LLC. Basically, the finance or insurance company considers it to be a commercial vehicle in that case, and either declines the business or changes the rate. Be sure to ask about that when you request a quote.
