RV Newbie asking for some sage advice on a used RV

Hey all,
Thanks for reading this post. I am new to RVs but have boated all my life and I have heard there are some similarities with the 2 passions. I asking for help on a purchase of a used RV for roughly a year at a well appointed campground while my house is being built.
I am looking at models that have great kitchen layout and cooking use but also want to turn the unit around in a year or two, so resale is important too. I could use some advice on brands to consider/avoid, etc. My budget is 50K or less and have looked at 2014 Redwood 38GK, as well as 2015 REDWOOD 39MB and keystone Montana High country. That being said, I am open to any/all models that are well built and comfortable for a year's worth of living in it.
I can't thank you all enough for help with this search and education on buying my first RV.
Cheers everyone,
James
Good luck ya dont wanna get ?

The big question is how cold it gets in the winter in that area. You will have a very difficult time keeping any RV warm during the winter, even if you enclose the bottom. You will go through propane tanks faster than you can imagine, and will need regular deliveries, which some campgrounds arrange.

Also, you might consider a park model because it will have more insulation. I don't know the cost of moving one is, but it might be worth the savings on propane and the luxury of not freezing in an RV. Moving one means you might be able to buy one located at another park. Might also be a bit harder to sell, but hard to tell in your area.
