Looks like an almost identical copy-cat of Harvest Host, only their annual subscription is less than Harvest Host. I looked up harvest host, they've gotten costly for their services now. Competition is a good thing.
Our neighbor, who is a HH location, also became a RV Overnights host and is very satisfied with the organization. She is now getting more stay requests from RVO than HH.
