I would like to know are there any pre approval fiance companies I can get with and get a preapproval loan for extra bargaining power?

I suspect, but don't know for sure, that most lenders would pre-approve you up to some $amount, possibly with the condition that the value of whatever you buy and use for collateral is not more than some factor x the loan amount.
