Anyone who has had an rv repaired at Crestview RV in Buda, TX, what was your experience with them.  Did they do a good job?  We need to have our RV repaired and this is the only place we can find close to where we are (still far).  We are in Lakeway, TX. Would appreciate your input or suggestions for another repair job.  thank you.

We had minor roof repair done...vent cover tore off, dinged roof. Added edit AT CRESTVIEW NORTH OF GEORGETOWN...didn't know there was another.
They were able to repair roof and replace vent in a couple hours on a drop in basis.
Their cost was reasonable and work was well done.

I bought from them and have used them for repairs.  I would not recommend them.  I would, however, recommend Crestview RV in Georgetown (north of Austin 30 miles).  They are very dependable and do good work.

I could not tell from your post what kind of repairs you require. I live in Austin and here are some places that I know of or have heard about.

Crestview RV in Buda and Georgetown are owned by the same company. I have had State Inspections and oil changes in Georgetown. They did OK but at one oil change they left off my oil fill cap. I discovered It later. I called back. They said they were sorry but the person that did the work no longer worked there. I purchased a new cap from Winnebago.

There is a new Boat and RV repair in Pflugerville that just opened. We store our RV there. I have not had any repairs done so I cannot provide a recommendation. They only do body and paint work as far as I know. The name is Shoreline Boat and RV repair.

Iron Horse in San Antonio has a good reputation. However, again, I have not had any work done there so I cannot provide a recommendation.

Fleet Maintenance of Texas is in Austin. They do RV coach and chassis work. Again, I have not any work done there so I cannot provide a recommendation.

Good luck with your repairs.

I have not had repairs at the place in question.  I did get a water heater relief valve right off the shelf at Camper Clinic II across the highway.  I only used this place because it was on the side of the highway I was going.  Just another place for your consideration.

I have had work done at Iron Horse and can endorse them. I also recently had some work done in Austin by a mobile repair guy that I can heartily recommend. His name is Rick Bott. If you want his phone, send me an email at inflt48 AT gmail DOT com. He will come to your location to do the repairs, and he does everything RV related except driveline, in other words, engine, tranny, running gear, etc. He works on the house parts, not the driveline parts.

Camper Clinic II near Buda (south of Austin)  is decent and honest.  I always find that major RV dealerships seem to be the most pricey.  No exception here but they did solid work.

I have a 1995 BornFree that needs work from time to time.  I've to all these places as well in the past 3 years for one thing or another:

Crestview in Georgetown (north of Austin) is decent but they left my tires out of balance when i had some front end work done.  They fixed it without issue but overall i thought they too were a little pricey.

RV Clinic also in Georgetown were quality and very reasonable but they don't do much engine/drivetrain work.

Eagle Transmission in Pflugerville (sort of north and east of Austin) were very reasonable and fair.

Fleet Maintenance (off of 8th street east of downtown) has been my favorite so far.  Not sure if they handle interior coach repairs though but I have been very happy with their engine and generator work.

South Texas Rv in seguin. Very knowledgeable and reasonable.
