RV slide won't go in (only out)Coachman 22qb

All batteries are fully charged, interior in/out switch is good (tested), and power comes to controller. There are no error lights on the controller and have unplugged and even reversed the EXT/RET wires going into the controller. After a couple of hours I managed to get the slide in by switching the 1,2 mini switches on the controller that basically reverses the polarity on the motors.

Anyone ever had this problem? Can the retract part of the controller be faulty? Also can't seem to find the location on how to manually retract the slide.

There are many ways the controller can fail. Sounds like you found one.

Update...on the phone with Lippert diagnosed as bad controller. I bet the relay inside is defective. I'm going to try and fix when I get home and spare the $300-400.

Glad that you found it, but if something similar happens again, try to make sure nothing has slid under the slide from the inside and is just blocking the slide rollers or other mechanism. It is an easy fix if that happens.
