RV Sure Step

Has anyone else had problems with their RV SureStep.  The steps that have a strip that glows blue and are motion activated when you approach your coach at night.  Ours stopped working properly about a month after we got them.

Have you checked the battery?  If that tests ok, contact the manufacturer (RV Innovations) to see about getting a replacement.
