Hi everyone,
My name is tony. This site looks like a place to get a good education on rving. Last year I bought a 2001 Country Coach
Intrigue 36 foot and love it. After reading rv mag's I found out I should replace all tires after 6 years. After looking around I found the tires I have on the rv at a good price. But I also found I could save even more money,$1000.00
on tires that come from China. Has anyone used "Chao Yang" tires?
These tires are all steel truck and bus and used all over China.
Thanks for any info.  My size on my rv is  12R  22.5  M111 Z

Tony, my concern with the Chinese tires would be the ride quality.  The trucks that I have seen in China looked pretty basic, and I bet the tires are too.

Personally, I would get a tire made for RVs.  They will be softer, ride and probably steer better.  I replaced a set of Mitchelins with the Goodyear 670 RV and got a much better ride.  I'm' sure a lot of that had to do with the higher weight carrying capacity of the Goodyears, allowing me to run a lower tire pressure.
