Schwintek Motor Removal

Hi All,

I'm having issues removing the Schwintek motor from one side of my slide out. The slide out is stuck in the closed position. Only one motor is working. I've removed the screws to the motor. I can move motor up approx 1/4 inch and then its stuck. There seems to be some rust on the bottom of the motor. Not sure if its rusted seized.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did see this video when first attempting to remove the motor. He make's it look a lot easier then it actually is on an older unit 

My issue is I can only get the motor up a 1/4 inch before it seems to get stuck. Not sure if it's seized in place.

I did find this pdf page. and it states that the slide has to be out to remove the motor.

Thanks Gizmo100. In my unit the motor is only accessible from inside (further down in your pdf). Also I can't get my slide out to extend. I've had 3 people trying to push it after I disengaged the motor but it didn't budge.

Appreciate the help.
