I did look for an existing thread. 2015 Grand Design 27RL. Reefer/couch slide extends irregularly but it does open all the way, sometimes take a few tries to get it all the way open. Retract is very slow and requires a helpful heavy push. Very slow in cold weather.

Have done the resynch many times. Battery is largest one that fits and is fully charged. Slides are moved with shore power or hook up to tow vehicle.

Would like to get this operating correctly (or at least better) before next road trip. Open to suggestions. Thx to anyone taking the time to offer advice.

To much weight in the box? Or a bad connection at the controller? Irregular movement is very bad for a Schwintek. There was an upgrade since 2015 to the tracks. Also, most techs I know will use a dry lube spray in the channel only, not in the gears. Any type of oil will attract dirt. I have "fixed" more then a few with a dry lube.
