Searching to Buy B+ or small C

It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here....
I am looking to majorly downsize to a very small Class C or B+. I’m looking for opinions on what’s the best, what should I steer away from? Diesel? Gas?
I’m just starting my quest for the unicorn, so I’d appreciate all opinions and experiences.

So, first tell us why you are downsizing and what your absolute requirements are. Do you need a permanent bed, or do you mind making it up every night? Must you have a dry bathroom?? Need much more info.

Judy is on the right track. First you decide what the "must haves" and "want to haves" are, then find a coach model that fills the bill. Things like diesel vs gas will fall out as you fill your other needs.
