Selling caravan for grandparents

Hi I'm looking to sell my grandparents caravan and buy them a small motorhome. But technically that'd be income to me, and I'm concerned I'll end up paying tax or being hunted down by HMRC (I'm UK based)? This tax calculator has been a bit of a help because I know what I'll have to pay if you do pay taxes on selling things like that, but I'm not sure if you do actually have to pay it or not, and haven't found much about it online. Can someone point me in the right direction? It'd be much appreciated!  ???
