Sink hot shower not

So the bathroom sink water gets really hot with the hot water heater on. The shower doesn't get even warm...any ideas?
Kitchen sink water gets hot too. I have a 6 gallon hot water heater heating with electricity but there is a gas option.

If you turn on just the hot water in the shower, do you get plenty of flow?
Do you gave a outside shower? If you do, go outside and make sure the water to that shower is shut off at both valves and not at the shower head.

Some RV showers have anti scald valves. It's possible that is the culprit.
