slide gasket(s) replacement question

2015 GD 5th wheel - gaskets top of slides show aging; cracks and loss of flexibility. gaskets on sides appear to be in much better shape, no cracks and still flexible but probably same age. 2 quotes for replacement of all gaskets, both about $2k. not a job I want to do myself.

at ten years old should I just replace all?

If the slides have to be removed i would do all at once

I did our top slide seals myself back in 2022. It wasn't that difficult. If I remember correctly they had a retaining screw each end and were slid on a track with silicone sealant on the top joint where it touches the body.
I also replaced the side seals at the same time. I think the total for materials was around 250$
