Slow 3500 lb Electric Tongue Jack Wiring and Fuse Questions

Yes I will have to I’m afraid, there’s low confidence it will work…it’s an older 12V cordless. Hence the “I’ve got this” w the Ryobi impact…this is a “two hand grip” 18V cordless that I will be using on the rear mechanical bumper mount jacks.
Again a big “Attaboy” to gringer for the heads up on the potential damage to any light duty gear driven RV mechanisms by over torquing, using a too powerful and/or wrong tool for the job. I’m aware my impact could gut this electric jack if I wasn’t careful ,it’s variable speed but I never considered it’s hammering action. “Whew” on this one.

Be careful as you reach the end of travel on the jack. The drill will twist your wrist off. Ask me how I know.

Say no more Chef! Funny quick story here. While an apprentice I was tasked w helping the old fella in the shop, we were extending tractor trailer frames. He ran the 3/4" Miketa electric drill, I was on a snipe bar pushing the drill onto the metal. Well the drill kicked as they do when it breaks thru the metal, twisting old fellas hands pretty good. He didn't say a word, just placed the drill on the top of the trucks frame, grabbed his ball peen hammer and beat that drill to death. I was kinda stuned, dint know what to say. He just said "get another drill" & we carried on. The Forman never said a word.
I still tink of that day whenever I use a drill, lol.
