First, we did install a separate fresh water supply hose to fill the tank, never could figure out how to fill it through the city water port.
Everything was good for about a month, then we noticed water on the ground. We didn't see any leaks at first. We assumed it was from the fresh water tank or one of the hoses. We filled the tank after fixing a loose valve.
We both took showers. Went out on errands. Came back to a empty fresh water tank and a over filling grey water tank. That's what was happening those other times. How does it get into the grey tank and why only after we use it (water). Does the pressure from pump do something. My boyfriend thinks it has something to do with the water going to the toilet. Wouldn't that go to the black water tank though.
When we got back from errands it was pouring out of the grey tank. How can we get to the top of that tank to check connection.
If anyone has any answers please help
