Solar Regulator Question

I have a Carmanah/Go Power GPR-25 regulator that came with the coach.  The issue I have is the LCD is blank and neither the voltage or current LEDs light.  The Charging LED beside the display does light, as well as LEDs under the Battery Charge Monitor.

Anyone have an idea if this is just a bad display, or possibly the previous owner or a tech disconnected something?  It looks like it?s seeing a charge, but....

Is the controller connected to the battery, and have you checked its in-line fuse? The display won't come on unless it's connected to the RV's batteries.

I assumed all was connected because the charging LED is lit.  Possibly a bad ?ass? umption.

Will check this weekend. We?re going on our first short trip to a local Thousand Trails facility
