I drive my little Tercel to my property cause it's 41 miles per gallon. ( 2hrs away )

1- I sometimes use it as a truck ( I've got 4 of them and think they are the next best thing to sliced bread )

I remove the seats and it's amazing what I can carry.

I'm looking for a plastic 30-50 gallon ( prefer 50 and cheap ) storage container that I can fill up at home with water and transfer when I get to the property.

Not sure what key words I need to use?

I need a fill cap at the top, something rectangular.

2- I have an ibc 275 gallon tote filled with fresh clean water, it's also covered to keep sun off it, as an extra precaution I'd like to add the proper amount of bleach to the water, how would you guys suggest doing this?

I've also read snidbits of pool chlorine tablet? I've never owned a pool so know nothing about that.

3- Does same container need to be vented it's got a screw-on cap at the top but I can't imagine is air proof but I'd like to ask anyway.

Two options. One is ye old 55 gallon drum
The other: Several outlets including the ever unpopular Camping world sell "Bladders" some hold up to 90 gallons..  Small when stored. Big when used.  BUT  Make sure you have smooth surfact to store 'em on as puncture resistant is not puncture proof.

Check Craigslist for a 55 gal drum.  You can get hand pumps that fit on them as well.

Northern Tool has plastic tanks. https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/NTESearch?storeId=6970&ipp=48&Ntt=plastic+tank

50 gallon for $125, 30 gallon for $100, etc

Keep in mind that a 50 gallon tank full of water weighs >400 pounds. You could also consider 3 15 gallon drums.  If you were near me, I have some.

See link above.

Use plain household bleach, not scented or gelled or anything fancy. 10 milliliters or 1/3 oz in 50 gallons would be about right.

If you are draining or filling, it needs to be vented, else the container will collapse (draining), or inflate (filling). You can loosen the cap, or fabricate something that looks like an upside down "J" out of 2 pipe elbows, some nipples, and a piece of screen over the open end to keep insects and mice out of it.
