Spacesaver bath 1980 Born Free

The toilet flapper in my 1980 Born Free bathroom is broken - this toilet was made by Spacesaver corp, now out of business. Does anyone have suggestions for how to repair this item or an idea of where I might buy a replacement, either the original brand or a substitute? Any ideas on how to replace the toilet with another style? Would appreciate any and all suggestions. Paul
