Spare tire location

Might be a silly question but:: Is there a specific spot, left, right, center where a bumper spare tire goes on a TT? Took mine off to spray bumper and need to re install. At the time it was basically off center.
 
Put it back where you found it. I don’t think it makes much difference. My daughter keeps her trailer at my place during the winter. I just looked at hers and it’s in the center.
 
Mine was in the center from the factory, Previously owners had moved it to the right. They probably did it just for looks, "cute" I suppose. It didn't block the tail light when viewed straight on, but if a car was behind me, close, probably too close but say at a traffic light, they might not be able to see my RH light. I just didn't like it that way so I moved it back to the center. For me its all about visibility. I added DOT tape to the bumper also.

Give some consideration to L<>R balance of the trailer also. should you offset it. Inside storage and fridge, oven, other heavy stuff on one side would dictate not putting it on that side.
