I have a 2022 Twilight Signature tws2580 camper. I need to know the total sq. ft of the floor so that I can buy and replace the vinyl flooring.

An RV is never a perfect rectangle so you have to do it by section. Living room, then kitchen area subtracting what the peninsula covers, then hallway, etc.

If you re planning on a single sheet vinyl, most comes in 12 foot widths. There will be a lot of waste.
If you want to use LVL, measure length by width. Buy according to those measurements. There will still be a good deal of waste if you install it properly, but you can return unopened boxes.
That's how I did it when doing my kitchen, dining room and hallway in my house.

For plank or tile type flooring, use the method The Bar described - measure section length x width and then subtract for any large area that is covered with something other than flooring. For carpet of sheet vinyl, just do the sections with no subtractions.

The problem with doing it that way is you may not have enough after cutting and fitting it with the proper overlaps. Each piece should overlap the previous piece by about 10 inches. and no end piece should be less than about 8 inches. Depending on the width of the floor and the length and width of each plank, you will be 'wasting' some of the cutoff pieces.
It took a lot of calculating and dry measuring when I did my rooms.
I ended up with a lot of pieces that did not have the tongue and groove left and could not be used.
I ordered two extra boxes and only returned one.
Lots of cutoffs left over.

One more thing. That original floor was installed and glued down in one piece before any cabinets, walls and other things were installed.
I doubt very much if you will be able to replace it in one piece. Maybe do each room separately and use a transition strips between rooms.
Laminate would be easier but you have to leave a gap along the edges for expansion, then cover the gap with quarter round.
DO NOT glue the laminate down.

Buy more than you need. You want to make sure every piece is able to lock together with the adjoining pieces. There will be waste. Not every piece of waste will work. It may fit but may not lock together.
