Hi all, So we left our previous destination in North Carolina early this morning and when I pulled the step and it works fine. It?s a quickie step. We just got to our next destination in Virginia and I went to put to step out and nothing happened. I can hear a clicking sound when I press the button but nothing is happening. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thank you in advance.

Have you lubricated your steps?

I lubricate mine about twice a year with spray on lithium grease.

Due to some responses I have seen on this forum, this person does not mean to lubricate the actual steps, as this may lead to slipping on the steps and possible serious injuries.  They are referring to the hinges and such on the assembly, and not the actual steps themselves.  :)
