OK, here's the deal: I brought my MH to the repair shop to have the house and dash AC worked on. All got fixed, but now my steps won't come in or out by themselves without starting the coach and my remote power lock FOB doesn't work any more. As far as I can tell, those are my only issues, so they're not show stoppers. I know for certain the tech disconnected my battery because all of my radion presets were gone. Is there some sort of "reset" that needs to be done that can correct these gremlins that now exist? Thanks for any advice!

Have you checked the chassis battery disconnect switch, and the step switch, which should both be in the entry way? RV mechanics often turn them off when they're working on the RV.

Sorry for the long awaited reply, we got back from our trip a couple of weeks ago and it's been gangbusters busy around here. Yes, indeed, it was a battery connection issue, I wound up having to replace the terminal itself (threads were stripped). $12 and problem solved! :) thanks for all of the help/info!

I'm glad it was an easy fix.  Thanks for letting us know the outcome!
