I just wanted to introduce me an my Wife to your forum. I have been reading everything I could for the past couple of days and just wanted to thank everyone on the wealth of knowledge you all have taken the time to share with everyone. We are in the process of shopping for a TT or 5ver and truck to start fulltiming, we still have full time jobs but are preparing for fulltimer's on the road in the future. I look forward to being a part of this forum and learning and hopefully being able to share  as well.  Jon and Debi

I did not want to introduce us with only questions but to introduce ourselves first as I thought people might be wearing on you only for information. Hope all is having a enjoyable evening, Jon and Debi

Hi Jon & Deb!  I am Faye, I am also new to this website!  I love the lifestyle but I also have questions!  Have a Great Evening!

Welcome,  Now its time to go looking at all of the different designs to see exactly what you want.  Once you have settled on a style, Motor Home, Travel Trailer or fifth wheel trailer then start shopping floor plans.  Each type will have its pluses and minuses.  Don't get discouraged and please for goodness sake ask plenty of questions.  There is no such a thing as a dumb question.

We appreciate the kind responses to our introduction and we look forward to sharing our experiences as you all have. I am not sure how to respond to each individual comment yet as I am still learning our site,  but please know we appreciate each and every response. Jon & Debi

I've ask so many questions, people think that's the meaning of my name...
There's so many brands and it's not east to find out who what and where type of brand.
1st try to figure out 5ver or motor home. I have a 5ver. You'll need a tow vehicle w/5ver and
a tow with a motor home.
Then go for the brands and you'll need to figure out which one.
Because we all think our is the best.. Yup mines the best ;)
so only believe me...lol
Lot of research after buying 2 NUWA I some times see other I think wow.

Hi folks..newbie here too. Having owned everything short of a Fifth Wheel..naturally leads me to believe those are best..lol. All my Rv comp bbq cooking chums are rapidly trading in there MH's for em too..which should be a clue. One of my gurus claims the same company makes near all the trailers (or perhaps all the various companies follow the same general construction techniques..will have to double check on that) so as regards cheap trailers in his view its a choice between mostly the same stuff. Now we can all think of exceptions of course but that should only concern those with real deep pockets..lol. I really like George Straights bus. Could draw up some extensive comparisons to evaluate the various strategies. Get a 5th Wheel and stout truck..lol. Thats my plan so it bound to be right. Keep us posted. Thanks.

So true Uncle, but the guy I bought my 5th from went to a motor home.
Never drove motor home, but they seem so darn long.
So I guess there's some going both ways!(that sounded bad)

Hey Don..yeppers will agree the equipment swapping is a two way street. Know a few who are still gravitating toward the big A's but many more who seem to be down sizing to 5th Wheels. I'm sorta like you in that the few times I have driven a class A always made me feel like I was trying to herd a Greyhound Bus down the road. C's always seemed more user friendly to me. Guess I am easily intimidated as one of my old Class A pals is fond of claiming.
