Who has the best recipe for this?

And which region of Texas does this hail from? Or maybe not Texas at all?
 
Did a search and came with the following. Royers Cafe Round Rock, TX. Don't sound like something that I would like on my plate.

The name sucks, but it sounds like the pie might be pretty good.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup
    Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 1 cup
    Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup
    Caramel Bits
  • 1 cup
    Coconut (shredded)
  • 1 cup
    Pretzels
  • 1 (14-ounce) can
    Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 9-inches
    Premade Pie Shell
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, chocolate chips, caramel bits, shredded coconut, crushed pretzels, and condensed milk.
3. Stir well to combine.
4. Pour filling into a premade 9-inch pie crust and bake for 40 minutes, or until ...
