Saw this going down the road; DP pulling a travel trailer painted to match. Bumper sticker on the trailer said "Mother-in-Law apartment". Not sure if that was real but it was pretty funny anyway.

Steve N Sue used to travel with a second motorhome for his mother in law.

The second RV also pulled a small enclosed trailer with a solar setup for power.

Back in 2000 I spent a day at the Magic Circle in Quartzsite. The leader of the group was a retired broadcast engineer from New York and we had a good time swapping stories. After he retired he and his wife moved to some property near Ely, Nevada and spent several months in Quartzsite each winter. He drove the motorhome towing a 30 ft. enclosed trailer with a fully equipped woodworking shop inside. She drove the pickup truck towing a shorter trailer that was her sewing room. Both trailers had solar panels on top to run the equipment in the trailers and the motorhome.

Always wondered, how long of a bumper hitch camper I could legally pull behind my 35ft Bounder?
Probably a 28ft or so.
35+28=63
plus 7ft for the hitch
70ft shazaam
Puts my Class A CDL to good use!! LOL
