Hello, all. New to the forum and thinking about buying a small rv like a micro minne, jayco lite, or something else in that category. Towing by Tacoma 6 cylinder 2021. Tacoma has built in towing wiring and hitch. Probably buy used but there seems to be some fair "new" buys as well. Unsure about it all and hopefully the forum will get me some tips and advice. Retired, now, going on 80 but feel like there's one more "go" in the tank. And there is only me or possibly one more who will use the trailer.

First thing is to check the towing and tongue weight capacity of the truck.
Then compare that to the specs of the trailer.
Depending on the model of the truck, here are the basic weight limitations.

Regardless if new or used, plug in everything. Turn on everything. Including the furnace and air conditioner. Open every door. Hook up the water to check the water heater. Floor plan is key. Good luck. Welcome to the forum.
