Thor Wave 22ft dinette bed

I have a 22ft Thor Wave. When trying to turn the table into a bed, I can not get the cushions to fit in the area for the bed. I know normally just put the table down and lay the cushions flat. But the the final cushion will not fit in the spot.

One option might be to buy a memory foam mattress that is bigger than the bed area. Then cut it to fit.
