Irf that wheel was not "timed" correctly,, then it will have to be adjusted,, any tire shop will do it.. It will only effect the outer wheel..>>>Dan

Yup, I call it "clocked" Every tire shop that services duallys knows to clock the valve stems on dual setups 180° from each other-and the inner visible through an access hole in the outer rim.
Well_except Sams Club, for some reason they insist on clocking valve stems together; practical or not. I won that argument with my credit card.
