It's the GVWR. Realistically, I know the trailer weighs a bit under 9,000 lb when fully loaded, so it's very close to the truck's maximum payload and towing limits.

We don't have independent scale stations around here like they do in the States, so I used a truck stop scale to weigh the truck and trailer. As far as I remember, the combined weight of the fully loaded truck and trailer was about 13,500 lb
