I just wanted to applaud them for great customer service! I bought a used TPMS system (14 sensors) from a friend who sold his tag axle RV. This weekend I was getting false low pressure and temperature on a drive tire. I replaced the battery and still got the alarm.
5 minutes on the phone with Dion at TSG and I'm back in business. Dion determined it was indeed a bad sensor so we reprogrammed one of my 2 spares to replace the faulty one. He is sending me a new sensor and new O rings for the rest as a few of the O rings split during battery replacement.
