So how many of you folks do your Thanksgiving and Christmas cooking in or around your RVs? What type of equipment do you use? Any recipes that would be tasty for the rest of us? Looking forward to the answers to this one.

We're at our CA home this Thanksgiving and our OH home for Christmas. Several years in the past, Chris cooked a turkey on an electric rotisserie in the cockpit of our boat to feed a number of boating friends.

We are fortunate to have two other couples, friends of ours, staying in the same RV park for this holiday. Tomorrow we're having a "progressive" type dinner with appetizers at one RV, the main course in another RV, and dessert in the third. Unique margaritas will be served in each RV. It will be non-traditional with no turkey; main course is seafood as we're on the Florida Panhandle.
It should be fun!
