We de-winterized our RV (2018 Arctic Wolf 315TBH8) on April 13 and noticed our pressure regulator was clogged with gunk. We kept the water hose attached and open into the rv. My wife went back up there today and apparently the PSI was to high and water kept running in the half bath. The bathroom had some flooding and the back bedroom's floor was pretty wet. We cleaned as much as we could, but not sure if we should run it into the dealership right away, or not.

Oh boy. This topic just came up in another thread recently... RV was totaled from a similar "forgot to turn the water off" flooding incident. Depending on how long the water ran, how much, and how soon you dried it out... you could have considerable water damage below the floor. Get it checked YES, and you probably should consider filing a claim to get your insurance company on board.

And a 2018 too??  I am sorry that happened.  I think it is worth getting it checked out.  Hopefully your dealership is the kind where you can walk back and talk to the guys while they take a look.  It would be nice to have it safely up in the air so you could really get a good look there too.

From April 13 to May 6 is nearly a month so it sat in water long enough that it might have serious damage.  I agree you need to talk with your insurance people as soon as possible so they can evaluate it both structurally and for mold.  It's a lousy thing to go through and we hope the outcome is good!

We just had a similar issue in our 5th wheel's upstairs bathroom on 7/10/2021 as we were preparing for our summer travels. Our toilet valve stuck open and we were connected to our home water supply. It went unnoticed for 8 hours as we tended to other things at home. When we discovered the flooding we vacuumed out over 10 gallons of water. We then ran a dehumidifier for several days and collected 5+ gallons more! It smell bad but subsided. We ran may fans continuously. Our insurance says to get an estimate but our dealer can't look at it till early August. So, we are just spraying disinfectant and deep cleaning it so we can vacation as planned. We Hope mold doesn't happen quickly because of my son's asthma. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated. Thanks

When you winterized did you blow the toilet valve out with compressed air? Just draining the lines at the low point drains tends to leave water inside the toilet valve which then cracks and leaks the next spring when it is dewinterized.

We didn't winterize because we snowbird in Florida. The ball valve just stuck open (weak return spring) giving full flow to the toilet until the black water tank filled then overflowed during those 8 hours.

You may get lucky if there is a storage or pass through unit under the bathroom
If there is i would take everything out and leave the doors to the pass-through open.
My bathroom is directly over storage but seperated by a thin partition remove partition if possible

Good luck
