Just bought a used 2021 Forest River NOBO 19.5. Out of all the questions I have how about we start out with how much my SUMEC wheels are supposed to be torqued to.

Unless the manufacturer included some specs in a manual, you can use this table for general reference, provided you can figure out the characteristics of the lugs and size of the wheels:

That smaller trailer, I like uchu table, personally, I'd start at 90 ft lbs.

5 lug wheels? Studs will be ½-20 thread and 90 to 100 lb/ft will work with either steel or alloy wheels.
