Nope. TPMS sensors use pressure not flow. You should have the filtered valve cores regardless.

I RESERCHED IT AND FOUND IT NO ISSUE IF THE FILTERS ARE USED..>>>Dan

The valve cores are NOT removed. When you screw the TPMS sensor to the valve, the TPMS sensor presses the valve center pin to open the valve, allowing air to reach the sensor unit. When you remove the sensor from the valve, the pin is release and air flow is cut off once again. This is the same process as is used to add air to a tire through the valve.
