You add a gravity fill if you do not have one yet need one. Cut a hole, add the fixture, run the hose or pipe inside to the water tank side of the water pump. Done. IF you can get to the pipes that is...
For BD you could consider adding a way for your water pump to pull from an aux tank too. I have a 6 gallon portable that I can hook into the system and use, selecting either water tank, or the portable.
Filling a portable jug out west is way easier than filling the side of an RV. People can be water stingy and RV are scary, but a jug is not scary.
Heck, I have two of these jugs.
