TRI MARK LOCKING SYSTEM

Folks, I have a Tri Mark keyless locking system on my coach door and basement doors. My Key FOB will not lock or unlock the door or cargo bay doors. I have replaced the battery in the FOB with a new battery with the Positive facing up. However I do have a switch next to  passenger seat that will unlock the door and cargo bay doors. The only problem is my Key FOB will not work. Any suggestion on what I can do to solve this problem.

On a previous coach I had a fob that didn't work, and it turned out that the dealer had to talk to the factory to get the proper code for the coach's lock, and to get the fob set correctly.

BTW, with many questions it's a help to know what rig you have -- we typically put it in the signature line via preferences.

The most likely possibility is that the lock controller is either not receiving the signal or is not recognizing the fob (fob not programmed for the lock code).  A reset of the controller might work, but it may need to be re-programmed for the fob.
