that is one impressive well-fed fish. largest rainbow i ever caught was 12inch but it was a lot warmer than where that is.

Trout like it cold but I nice had cold trout with dill sauce at a very expensive restaurant in Atlanta.
I would say that cold does not exactly reciprocate the feeling.

I like cold water fish much more than warm water fish. Warm water fish can sometimes be a bit mushy. I love halibut but do not like the price. We mostly eat cod.

trout are great slow cooked in an electronic smoker with Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic.
