Truckers - a bit of info on passing etiquette please

Having once driven a truck, I'm glad that so many of you are aware of the fact that flashing your high-beams at night can hurt a trucker's night vision.  I also turn my lights off at small railroad crossings, ones without lights and gates.  This allows me to see the lights of an oncoming train better.

Flash headlamps on/off to signal "ok to pull in". Flash ICC lights (preferably), or flashers 2 times for "thanks".
