TV Wiring

Help with tv wiring for 2008 Independence Gulf Stream. Wall separates living room from kitchen. TV on LR side. Want to add tv on the kitchen side. How do you access wiring?  Have looked behind panels that are easy to remove but no luck. Do they come from top or are they in the slide.  Thanks

Generally the wires run in one of two places.
One is a "Tunnel" formed by what may look like a "Step" right at floor level

The other is down below in teh basement compartments..

Problem with this post is the word "Generally" there are no absolutes.

Can you simply put a splitter behind the TV in the LR, drill a hole through the wall, and mount the 2nd TV on the kitchen side?
