Unable to drain grey water

Hi, I have a 2019 Winnebago Minni Plus and I am unable to drain the kitchen grey water tank. I have used vice grips to help pull the lever, but it won’t budge. To make things more difficult there is a cover underneath the trailer so I can’t see things. There are two other tanks and I am able to open the valves, but not easily. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any suggestions. Thanks

Try lubing the cable if that doesn't work, you will need to pull the underbelly and replace the cable do the new valve while there parts cost under $50. Stuck Valves

Is the bottom that coraplast plastic covering? That can be cut easlily and that will allow you to gain access without having to pull it all down.
