Hi, we are Andy and Shelley and we have just bought a 95' Tiffin Allegro and we plan on living in it full time and going south to Mexico or Thailand for the winters (without the RV)
Any tips/tricks and advice will be welcome and greatly appreciated..

You mentioned you are going to be living full time in your RV. Are you planning on doing a lot of traveling in your Class A or will you mostly be parked in one spot?

Larry, a couple of days ago, I was watching a new video on YouTube by content providers Endless RVing while they were on a Mexican Island traveled to by ferry. They were walking around and taking in how peaceful and beautiful the island is, talking about the food, beaches, and sunsets, when a military style heavy truck drove by with several guys in military camo toting long guns in the back. They were a bit startled and commented, "Well, that doesn't look good."

That’s common in Mexico. I’ve encountered several military roadblocks and been searched, person and vehicle. We have property in Mexico; land on the beach near Zihuatanejo. I wouldn’t live in Mexico. I have never felt safe there. We are gifting the property to a friend that has lived in Mexico in the past.
