Both the supply and return tranny cooler lines have developed a pin-hole leak. I'm got a set on lines from Workhorse.

I expected to find an E-clip under the rubber at the end of the lines but that is not the case at either end of the lines. I've done web and Youtube searches but only have found the E-clip fittings.

One photo shows the line going into the tranny. The rubber was molded with a thin metal washer that prevented it from sliding down the tube. This rubber has been torn away. There appears to be a nylon ring just below the fitting and above what's left of the rubber.

The other photo shows the opposite end of the line and has the rubber pulled back with a screwdriver. No clip here either.

How do I get these lines out of the fittings?
