water line reel

I have a 2016 Winnebago tour and the water line auto reel wont reel up. Anybody know where to get parts for this type? It is a Glendinning product, model# 05505-12-35.

Have you contacted Glendinning? If parts are available, short of buying a new one, they should be able to tell you.

New ones are still available... though not cheap at $420.
