Looking to replace my water lines for my pop up. Working on the water heater and the vinyl flex hose has a white core. Looks to be insulated to me. One of the fittings is snapped in half and I figured I would basically just start over with all new hose and clean everything up. What kind of flex hose would work to come off a water heater? Hopefully not pex. Don't want to have to purchase a whole new tool just for that. Any suggestions? Big blue store offered 0 help.

You can use PEX with SharkBite fittings and avoid the need to buy a crimp tool.

If you go simplistic and use PVC,, the first thing to happen will be frozen and cracked plumbing.. Pex is the only sane way to plumb an RV..>>>Dan

Do the math as to how much it will cost for Sharkbite fittings compared to the cost of a crimping tool. Being a pop up, it may not take many fittings
