We were traveling in our RV & we broke ours. The company I ordered a new one from sent it to our home address NOT to where we were staying at the time. So I had to order a 2nd one right away! ( NOT from them! ) The company wants a 25% restocking fee. I rather sell it to a person at a lower price than to get ripped off by the company!

The WeBoots brand works GREAT! We can have 1 bar but when we plug in the unit we can get up to 4 or 5 bars! That’s why I had to order one right away when my husband accidently ripped ours off the wall when he brought in our slide! We like to have internet on-mobile hot spot via tethering from our cell phone.
